Notes:
Coverage Day: The time we start shooting until the time
we leave. BigTime arrives approximately 1 hour before
coverage time to set-up mics and camera positions. We
often start shooting before the appointed coverage time.
Set-up time offsets Dinner time which is included in
coverage time and must include at l/2 hour of
uninterrupted break. i.e. no speeches or other special
dinner-time events shot during break time.)
